Leanne speaks to Aoife McGrath, Clinical Pharmacist in the Acute Care at Home Team in the Belfast Trust. Aoife set up the Pharmacy Network, a UK wide peer network where pharmacists working in Hospital at Home roles can support each other and share knowledge.
